This position will be responsible for providing unprecedented services to all clientele, creating long-lasting relationships, effectively manage the service staff and collaborate with other dealership managers to hit monthly goals.
Applicants should be well-versed in the automotive industry with at least three years of service management experience. Candidates should possess strong leadership and customer service qualities that will help increase performance rates for the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee that the service department is working efficiently
- Provide high level of service to all customers
- Work alongside other departments to implement strategies that will benefit the dealership overall
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and monthly deals
- Advise service staff members to attain company goals
- Three years of Service Management experience is a must
- CDK/ADP experience preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
